CASE A 30 yr old female, agriculture worker ,presented to the casualty with complaints of VOMITINGS SINCE 3 DAYS GIDDINESS SINCE 3 DAYS HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 days
